Michelle's journey to the food industry is quite an unusual one. After taking some time off from corporate America, she finished her MBA and thought about her next step. She stumbled on it literally by accident. This experience has allowed her now to share her white sweet potato pies with the world. In 2020, Michelle was selected as one of Legacy Magazine's top 40 under 40 in South Florida for her innovative pie creation. Additionally, Chelle's Cutie Pies was nominated by O Magazine for Oprah's Favorite Things Holiday edition.
